KloK-It accesses your device’s location only when you clock in or clock out. It does not continuously monitor or track your location.

Your location coordinates are securely transmitted to our server and shared with our Maps Reverse Geocoding service solely to convert them into a readable street address. The resulting address is recorded alongside your clock-in or clock-out entry for attendance and workplace-location verification.

Your location information will not be used for advertising or unrelated purposes. By enabling location access and using the clock-in or clock-out feature, you consent to this limited processing of your location data.
